1. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are carefully processed and inspected before shipping. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
Delivery within Canada typically takes 2–9 business days, depending on your location.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders within Canada as our way of saying thank you for choosing Elena Marlowe.

3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can then monitor your delivery progress online at any time.

4. What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Elena Marlowe ships exclusively within Canada. We are continuously improving our logistics and may expand to additional regions in the future.

7. Do you offer custom or made-to-order items?
At this time, Elena Marlowe does not offer custom-made or personalized items. Our collections are designed and curated to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

9. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elenamarlowe.com.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes.
